In the end, no matter how disturbing an episode of Black Mirror can be, it is just a piece of fiction. No one knows what the future will be like. No one knows if we are really in control of our lives.

The mysteries of the world will always remain mysteries. We are left to interpret things as we see fit. Some may find Brandersnatch very enjoyable and others may dislike it.
